Student Waiver & Safety Policy

Required for all enrolled surfer students and session paddle participants.

Montana Boarding School is all about pushing limits, learning new skills, and having a damn good time doing it. But as with any adventure, there are risks involved. By booking a session, you agree to the following terms:

The Fine Print (but comes with fun):

• I acknowledge that water sports come with physical demands and potential risks.
  
  
• I understand that jetboarding™, electric paddleboarding™, surf-cycling, and glow sessions are wild in the best way—but I’m responsible for participating within my limits.
  
  
• I accept that weather, water conditions, and good judgment may affect my session’s length, location, or structure.
  
  
• I agree to wear any safety equipment provided and follow my instructor’s guidance.
  
  
• I release Montana Boarding School, its partners, and instructors from liability in case of injury, equipment damage, or spontaneous backflips gone wrong.

For Minors:
A parent or legal guardian must sign on behalf of any participant under 18.
