Welcome to MontanaBoardingSchool.com, where we believe learning to ride should be fun, safe, and drama-free. The following Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the rules, responsibilities, and expectations when you book a lesson, browse our site, or interact with us in any way.

By accessing our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

🧍♂️ Service Eligibility

To participate in any lesson, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old OR have a parent/guardian sign off if you're underage

  • Be physically able to participate in water-based activities

  • Follow all safety instructions provided by your instructor

If you're booking for someone else, you're responsible for ensuring they meet the above requirements.

📅 Booking & Cancellation

When you book a lesson, you agree to:

  • Show up on time and ready to go

  • Notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule

  • Understand that no-shows and last-minute cancellations are non-refundable

🌊 Safety Disclaimer

Water sports come with inherent risks. While our instructors are trained to keep things safe, you acknowledge that:

  • You’re participating voluntarily

  • You assume full responsibility for your actions during the lesson

  • You release MontanaBoardingSchool and its staff from liability for any injuries, losses, or mishaps that may occur

We recommend checking with your physician before participating in any strenuous physical activity.

💻 Website Use

Don’t mess with the site, spam us, or try to use MontanaBoardingSchool.com for anything shady. We reserve the right to suspend access or ban users if we suspect abuse, fraud, or any violations of these Terms.

By booking a lesson or reaching out through the site, you agree to receive communications from us related to your booking, follow-up materials, and occasional lesson or gear promotions. (We keep it chill—no spam.)
