By accessing or using MontanaBoardingSchool.com (the “Site”), or by booking any lesson, session, or service through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Site or our services.
2. Services Provided
Montana Boarding School offers outdoor recreational instruction and private session bookings, including but not limited to paddleboarding, water yoga, surf-cycling, jetboarding, and related lake-based activities. These services are delivered in person and may be subject to environmental conditions or availability.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to book services through this website. Participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the appropriate waiver and attend the session as required.
4. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be made through MontanaBoardingSchool.com or via approved partner platforms. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received.
5. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling
Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details. Rescheduling is permitted when notice is given at least 48 hours in advance. No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.
6. Weather & Safety Conditions
Montana Boarding School reserves the right to delay, reschedule, relocate, or cancel sessions due to unsafe weather, water conditions, equipment issues, or instructor availability. These changes do not constitute cause for refund unless outlined in our cancellation policy.
7. Participant Responsibilities
Participants must:
- Arrive on time, ready to engage in the activity
- Wear required safety gear
- Follow all instructions from certified instructors
- Acknowledge and sign a waiver prior to participation
Montana Boarding School is not responsible for injury or loss due to non-compliance or reckless behavior.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including text, branding, photography, logos, and course formats—is the property of Montana Boarding School and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Montana Boarding School, E-Boarders LLC, and affiliated personnel shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or incidental expense arising from the use of our services or equipment. Participants must accept and sign a waiver prior to any session.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected through our booking platform is used solely for session coordination, safety, and client communication. We do not sell or share personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
11. Third-Party Links & Services
This site may contain links to external websites (e.g., E-Boarders.com for gear purchases). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or business practices of any third-party site.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Montana state law.
